Repair
SCHEDULING,REFUND AND/OR CANCELLATION POLICY
We treat our scheduling with the utmost seriousness due to the time constraints imposed by the seasons, which can sometimes pose challenges in accommodating all our clients. Our aim is to meet every need efficiently and fairly, hence deposits are deemed non-refundable irrespective of the circumstances, given the impact on our schedule, team, and clients, both operationally and financially. In situations where a project is canceled beyond the 90-day mark, we may consider a partial refund after a review; however, cancelations within this timeframe are non-refundable. The meticulous effort we put into research, project planning, staff allocation, among others, incurs significant costs, which we cannot bear for clients who might be uncertain or seek lower-priced alternatives. It's essential to note that this policy is in place to uphold the integrity of our schedule. A schedule that we try to squeeze all of our clients into, we want to help everyone, thus can be daunting, so expect long or changing schedules sometimes.
